This report summarises the results from Market Design's project "Demand Response by Small Electricity Consumers". The project has been carried out by SINTEF Energy Research of Norway, on behalf of ELFORSK.
The object of the project was to create conditions for exploiting small end users' flexibility potential. This includes all end users with the exception of energy-intensive industries.
